Booking Guide

Hi there!

Welcome to Knotty Strokes! As we are strictly by appointment only, we have created a booking guide, so you can put all your worries to rest.

To make an appointment with us, go to "book online" found at the top of this page.
Select the service you would like to purchase, by clicking on the "book now" link at the bottom of each product. We offer single sessions, and you do not need to purchase a package unless you feel like doing so
You will be prompted to log in & create an account, after which you will receive a confirmation email of your account creation which may sometimes be found in your spam/junk email folder.
Once you have selected your service and made your appointment, you would receive an email notification with your appointment details.
Should you need to make changes to your appointment, you can log in to your account to do so, or contact us directly

Package Holders

For the purchase of packages, WhatsApp us at 88741225, make payment via paynow or paylah!, so we can add the package to your account.
To book a session, click on the service, and select your preferred date & time, after which you should be able to select whether you'd like to use your package under "How do you want to pay?"
If you are sharing a package, let us know and we can divide the sessions equally for you in your accounts
If your friend is using your package just 1 time, you can book for them using your account, and indicate their name in the message box during your booking (:
Do note that receiving the confirmation email, does not mean your reservation is confirmed. To confirm your appointment, you will need to make payment via paynow/paylah to our studio number (88741225) .
** To note: Your slot will be released if payment is not made within 12 hours.
In addition, each masseuse can only accommodate 1 pax per time slot, so if you would like to bring your partner/friend you can always book back-to-back slots or look out for slots available amongst our therapists (:

Terms & Conditions

Changing of appointments:

Confirmed appointments can be rescheduled without any charges as long as it is requested more than 24 hours before your appointment date
A $30 admin fee will be charged for appointment changes done less than 24 hours before your actual appointment date
Should you make an appointment, but are not vaccinated, you will be turned away and you will not receive a refund

Packages:

All packages are shareable with your friends/loved ones, so just inform us if you're using someone's package (with their permission of course) to book your session
Packages can be used for both stretch therapy as well as sports massage

Once payment is made, we do not provide refunds
Should you need to change your appointment, you can do so within the 24-hour window to avoid a $30 late charge
